Refund policy

MISTIFY - GLOBAL RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. RETURN WINDOW Our return policy is strictly valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange under any circumstances.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Because our products are electronic devices, the return must include all original components, power cables, user manuals, and packaging inserts. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for a refund.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS The following items are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or discounted promotional items (if applicable)

4. REFUND PROCESSING (If Applicable) Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the product. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

5. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at malderabusiness@gmail.com

6. EXCHANGES (Defective or Damaged Items) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at malderabusiness@gmail.com and mail your item to the address provided in Section 8.

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS (Worldwide) As a global brand, we ship worldwide. However, please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. For international returns, Mistify is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes incurred during the return process. We highly advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
