MISTIFY - GLOBAL SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME All orders placed on our website are subject to a processing and preparation period before shipment. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for our team to process, quality-check, and pack your order. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been officially handed over to the shipping carrier.

2. SHIPPING TIMES AND DELIVERY We proudly offer worldwide shipping. Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our facility, the estimated transit time for international delivery is 6 to 9 business days, regardless of the destination. Please note that the total delivery time is the sum of the processing time plus the shipping time (approximately 8 to 13 business days in total from the moment the order is placed).

3. ORDER TRACKING Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's transit status. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system after receiving the notification.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Mistify is not responsible for these additional charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; it is the buyer's sole responsibility to comply with local customs regulations and cover any associated clearance fees.

5. DELAYS AND FORCE MAJEURE While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe of 6 to 9 business days, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to high volume periods, extreme weather conditions, customs processing holds, or carrier-related issues. Mistify is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

6. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES The customer is entirely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. If an order is returned to us or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Mistify will not be held responsible for the loss, and the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at malderabusiness@gmail.com. We will do our best to amend it if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
